Two projects with 200 cluster-style houses up for review in Chesterfield

The Chesterfield Planning Commission is slated Tuesday to vote on a pair of projects with nearly 200 houses between them.

Commissioners are scheduled to consider a proposal by Main Street Homes to build up to 108 single-family, cluster-style homes on 54 acres near Moseley. The project site is a multi-parcel assemblage that includes 18411 Duval Road.

The Midlothian-based builder is seeking to rezone the land to Residential (R-12) from its current Agricultural (A), and to receive a conditional-use permit to allow neighborhood recreational facilities and exceptions to the zoning ordinance.
