More residences are being proposed for one of Northside’s busier neighborhoods.
A three-story apartment building is planned for 300-304 E. Brookland Park Blvd.
The building would have 33 units, 10 of which would be short-term rentals, according to city planning documents.
Behind the development is father-son duo Georgi Georgiev and Alex Aleksandrov, who in recent years built a similar project in the East End. That development, now called Tourist Homes of Richmond Church Hill North, has 22 apartments and nine short-term rentals, the latter of which are marketed for rent on sites like Airbnb.
