The central government has issued the terms of reference (TOR) for the 8th Pay Commission ( 8th CPC ) and has also appointed a chairman and two members. But some bodies of retired employees are not happy with the 'exclusion' of the pension revision of the existing pensioners and family pensioners. Leading the march of such pensioners, All India Defence Employees' Federation (AIDEF) has written a letter to Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, requesting to amend the terms of reference for the 8th CPC.
