Cabo Breeze Mexican Grill and Tiki Bar at the Rialto Shopping Center in Venice opened just prior to Halloween and offers a Latin fusion menu in a relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere — complete with an outdoor tiki bar.

Jonathan Saenz said he and his family were attracted to the space at the Rialto Shopping Center on the island of Venice because it had an outdoor patio, along with the tiki bar.
