If the last three years are any indication, Napanee is headed for greatness.

With only a year until the next municipal election, mayor Terry Richardson took some time to speak about some of the achievements made so far during this term of council, how this council is helping lay the groundwork for a balanced community, and whether he intends to run in the next election.
