It's been four years since Young Dolph's life was tragically cut short.

On November 17, 2021, Young Dolph had just left Makeda’s Cookies in his hometown when he was fatally shot in front of the store. The founder of Paper Route Empire, born Adolph Thornton, Jr., passed away at the scene due to gunshots wounds he suffered during an alleged planned shooting. He was only 36. The city was on high alert throughout the day. Yo Gotti’s restaurant Prive, which wasn’t far from the cookie shop, was shut down by police as a precaution since Dolph and Gotti had been rivals at the time.
