BBC Strictly Come Dancing is set to shake things up this month with a brand-new feature that could "change everything" for the remaining contestants.

The Saturday night favourite has revealed a fresh challenge called Instant Dance, which will debut during the live show on November 29.

Presented by departing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman , Instant Dance will see each couple randomly select a dance style they've already performed during the series.

They'll then hear their music before rushing through wardrobe to grab and slip into their outfits - with just 10 seconds on the countdown clock to work out their choreography.
