A Florida doctor who authorities said has a history of complaints against him is facing a battery charge after deputies said he allegedly inappropriately touched a woman.
Dr. Christopher David Olenek, 62, arrested Thursday on a charge of battery touch or strike, Indian River County Sheriff's Office officials said. Indian River County Sheriff's Office
The alleged incident happened at East Side Urgent Care in Vero Beach where Olenek works, Indian River Sheriff Eric Flowers said at a news conference Friday.
Flowers said Olenek allegedly inappropriately touched woman who was shadowing him on the job as he was showing her how to use an EKG machine.
She said he had her take off her shirt to place electrodes, giving her just a small coverup, and said he later pulled off the coverup, exposing
