NVEnergy solar policy unfair

Climate science has been clear for decades that burning fossil fuels is the primary contributor to our worsening climate with its consequential increase in human health impacts and catastrophic extreme weather events. There is a clear mandate for replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy. Many in southern Nevada are installing solar panels to reduce use of fossil fuels. Our panels provide power daily, and often we produce more energy than we need and send it back to the power grid through net metering.
