Virginia Supreme Court judge denies appeal, Youngkin's college board appointments remain blocked

A Supreme Court of Virginia judge has decided not to rule on the Youngkin administration's appeal and allowed a lower court injunction to stand -- essentially blocking the governor's appointment of eight college board members.
