Jakori Buchanan was sentenced to three months in jail Uilisone “Sone” Falealo.
According to Buchanan’s attorney, he pleaded guilty to third-degree assault on Friday. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
Buchanan will receive credit for time already served in custody, and he is expected to be released on November 22. 30 days were taken off his sentence for good behavior while in jail.
The shooting occurred at an apartment complex in North Pullman on the night of the Apple Cup.
Buchanan was arrested on September 24 after turning himself in to police.
