Developers of proposed transmission line call landowners' argument 'backwards'

As landowners continue to oppose the proposed 67-mile transmission line, attorneys representing them are eagerly waiting for a decision from the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC), on a recent motion to dismiss the case.
