For a sixth year in a row, EPB and TVA are helping to support families in need through the United Way's 211 program.
This year, the two organizations invested a total of $180,000 into PowerShare, formerly called the Bridge Fund .
Through PowerShare, EPB works with the United Way of Greater Chattanooga’s 211 program to help neighbors in need with food, utility, and housing assistance.
Since 2020, a total of $1.38 million has been invested in the program.
EPB employees also made personal contributions outside of the PowerShare totaling more than $225,000 in 2025 to the United Way during its annual campaign.
