Susan Luttrell, who’s lived at the Riverside Mobile Home Park for more than eight years, had friends helping her move out of her trailer on Monday, the deadline given by the city to remaining tenants to leave the premises.

The mobile home park, at 18 City Park Ave., was condemned in May.

“I’m working on it,” Ms. Luttrell said when asked if she would be out by 5 p.m. Her friends were loading up a box truck she rented on Monday.

“I’m really trying to get out of here,” she said. “But there’s a housing shortage. I live partially off Social Security and partially off disability. So I have limited funds.”
