The NFL on Monday afternoon announced wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase has been suspended for one game after an act of unsportsmanlike conduct against the Steelers. Chase spit on Steelers cornerback Jalen Ramsey during an on-field altercation in Cincinnati's Week 11 loss, according to the league's statement.

The 2024 First Team All-Pro, who denied doing so, can appeal his suspension. But it feels unlikely any appeal will be granted.
