BOISE, Idaho — A worker was rescued after falling into a shaft at a construction site.

According to the Boise Fire Department, the man fell into a shaft on Monday, Nov. 17, at a construction site near N. Lander St. Crews had already been helping the man out when the Boise Fire and Boise Police Departments arrived.

He was then pulled out by a tech team using a rescue basket. The department said he was taken to the hospital by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
