Former Champaign Co. deputy pleads guilty to theft charge; will serve probation, public service

CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, Ill. (WCIA) -- The former Champaign County Sheriff’s deputy accused of misusing funds from his police support nonprofit pleaded guilty on Monday.
