WATERLOO, Iowa (KCRG) - The Iowa Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in locating a work release escapee in Waterloo.
25-year-old Jasmine Donald is convicted of second degree robbery in Buchanan County and voluntary absence in Black Hawk County.
Donald was admitted to the Waterloo Women’s Center for Change on September 23. On Saturday, Donald did not report back as she was supposed to.
Authorities describe Donald as a 5′11″, 279-pound black female.
Anyone with information on Donald’s whereabouts should contact local police.
