QUINCY (WGEM) - Team Depot , a dedicated part of Home Depot’s charitable outreach efforts, supports veterans, those in need, and organizations serving them. Their latest project is a donation of time and resources at American Legion Post 37, with flooring, new ceiling fans, and paint for the entire building.

Matthew Thompson, the Team Depot captain for the last few months, has been key to expanding their reach and connecting with communities. He said with the team’s efforts to reach out, they are having an impact on the community.

“Ranging from different schools around the area to the veterans home that we’ve introduced ourselves with and done projects with,” Thompson said. “It’s little impacts, but as a big picture it makes a big difference.”
