Outer Banks Woman’s Club announces opening of Free Little Art Gallery at Dowdy Park

The Outer Banks Woman’s Club (OBWC) Art & Culture Committee opened the Outer Banks’ first Free Little Art Gallery (FLAG) at Dowdy Park Dowdy, the park is located at 3005 South Croatan Highway in Nags Head.

The FLAG website outlines a FLAG as a “community project encouraging everyone to create and share art. If you see something in the gallery you like, take it home. Or create something you want to share and leave it for someone else to take away and love.”
