NEWTON COUNTY, Texas — Newton and Jasper County officials came together Monday afternoon at the Newton County Civic Center to announce multiple arrests in the case of Joshua Larkin , a Newton County man who disappeared three years ago.

Monday, Newton County Sheriff Colton Havard announced that two people have been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the disappearance of Larkin.
