Deion Sanders is nearing the end of his third season as head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes.
While he led them to an above-.500 season last year, Year 3 has been much tougher, with the team currently 3-7 overall and ineligible for a bowl game.
Yet ahead of Colorado’s Week 13 showdown against the Arizona State Sun Devils on Saturday night, ASU head coach Kenny Dillingham offered an honest perspective on Sanders’ time in Boulder, highlighting what he has accomplished with a program that had just one win the season before his arrival.
"Yeah, I mean, it's pretty cool if you're looking at it from his perspective. You know, he's won 300% more games this year than the year before he took over," Dillingham told reporters on Monday. "Pretty good, you know what I mean? Life's about relativity.
