HENDRICKS, M.N. (Dakota News Now) - Rylan Skorczewski is a 4.0 student who says he got a lot of motivation from home.

“My mom definitely. She’s been the biggest cheerleader of mine, my entire life, personally and academically. She’s always been there for everything,” said Rylan.

“I love having Rylan in my classes. He works hard. He goes over and above with everything he does,” said music teacher Meghan Rybinski.

Rylan also stays busy away from the classroom, and FFA has made a big impact on him.

“So I’m our chapter president for this year. It’s been really great. We actually haven’t had FFA until last year, so this is new for all of us. And so it’s really taught me a lot about leadership and communications,” said Rylan.
