NEW ORLEANS —
Rouses Markets announced Monday that it will acquire 10 Winn-Dixie grocery stores across Louisiana and Mississippi.

The changeover from Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarket to Rouses Markets will be complete in early 2026, according to a news release issued by Rouses.
The stores will be rebranded under the Rouses Markets name and offer the same regional and local products offered at other Rouses stores.
“We are proud to welcome these stores, their team members, and their customers into the Rouses Markets family,” said Donny Rouse Jr., third-generation CEO of Rouses Markets in an issued statement.
