A TikTok video showing a Dallas woman in active labor being kept in a hospital waiting room has garnered more than 36 million views, sparking allegations of discrimination at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, Texas.

Kash Jones posted the video to TikTok Friday showing her daughter, Karrie Jones, doubled over in pain in a wheelchair while a nurse conducted an admissions interview. According to Kash, staff kept her daughter in the waiting room for more than 30 minutes before moving her to a delivery room, where she gave birth 12 minutes later.

In the viral footage, Kash asks the nurse, “y’all treat all your patients like this or just the Black ones?”
