ASCENSION PARISH, La. (WAFB) - Members of the public are invited to line the streets during a procession for fallen Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Dunaway.
Deputy Dunaway was killed in a crash while riding his motorcycle late Friday night, November 14. He was off-duty at the time.

During the procession on Tuesday, November 18, Deputy Dunaway will be brought home from Jefferson Parish to the Ourso Funeral Home in Ascension Parish. The procession is expected to arrive in Gonzales between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Members of the public are welcome to line the route to show their support. However, police said you are not allowed to join, follow, or enter the procession yourself. They are also urging the
