SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - A homeowner in Sulphur says she felt ignored as sewage poured into her home. She was certain the issue started when crews worked on water lines near her home, so she reached out to 7News for help.
For Ariel Morse-Hudson, the last week has been overwhelming. What she first thought was a clogged pipe turned out to be something much bigger, as sewage rose from the tub and pooled around the toilet.
“We thought it was probably something on our end. It came through the bathtub, it came up through the bottom where the drain is, and then it also came out from the overflow part we removed that to see if we could get a snake in there, but it’s not possible,” Morse-Hudson said.
