SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The McCrossan Boys Ranch held a ribbon-cutting for a brand new track and field athletic complex on Monday, November 17.

There was an emotional moment during the ribbon-cutting for McCrossan Boys Ranch CEO Brian Rogers as he was surprised by the new track and field being named Rogers Field.

McCrossan Boys Ranch Cross Country coach Bennett Yellow Bird expressed his excitement about the new track.

“Usually, we are out there in the cow pasture, that’s where we have our practices. We don’t really have a track. It will be very big for us to have actually a real track, real lines, real numbers, real 400s, real mile times, and everything, so it will be pretty sweet for us,” said Yellow Bird.
