BENGALURU: A taxi driver was arrested for allegedly attacking two other drivers with a knife near the VVIP pick-up point at Kempegowda International Airport's Terminal 1 in the early hours of Monday, following a dispute over business. An ASI of Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) intercepted the cab driver while he was chasing the other two. Suhail Ahmed Pyarejaan, 36, from Byrasandra, Jayanagar III Block, along with Jagdish JR and Renu Kumar — the two drivers he attacked— and the weapon were handed over to KIA police Monday. Taking to social media post 'X' the CISF shared the video of the incident and said with the timely intervention by CISF, a major crime was averted at Bengaluru Airport.
