A Youngstown State University (YSU) social work student and two alumni were honored by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Ohio Chapter on Monday, according to a news release.

The honorees included:

Student of the Year: Logan Kaminski, Bachelor of Social Work student, YSU

Emerging Leader: Faith Mundy, ongoing caseworker, Mahoning County Children Services, and YSU alumna

Outstanding Service to NASW Ohio: Rosalynda "Rose" Dina, YSU alumna with Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees
