Protests arise from Trump’s extraordinary awfulness

I am replying to Tina Witham’s Nov. 3 letter (“Petulant protesters put hate on display”). I have been to two protests against this aberrant administration, and for that you call me a “petulant child.” Let me explain what I am protesting.

• He sends masked agents to break down apartment doors of legal citizens in the middle of the night in Chicago. Naked children are zip-tied, separated from their parents and dragged into the streets.

• He has ordered the murder of over 60 foreign citizens whom he deems “narco terrorists” without evidence and against international laws.

• He fires federal workers without cause.

• He illegally sequesters funds appropriated by Congress.

• He has directed the Justice Department to charge his “enemies” w
