A beloved restaurant chain is venturing from the streets of LA to Perth, with its first Australian restaurant set to launch at Crown Casino in February.

Eggslut is a gourmet restaurant founded in 2011, known for its artisanal egg sandwiches and burgers.

Beginning its journey as a food truck, the chain quickly grew in popularity and has already established restaurants across three continents, with locations in Las Vegas, London, Tokyo, and Kuwait.

The restaurant has also gained notoriety among celebrities, with Ginny and Georgia star Brianna Howey revealing to Jimmy Fallon in June that her husband was at Eggslut while she was giving birth.

The Perth location has been branded as Burgers by ES — likely due to previous Australian legal battles over the name Eggslut including a Queensland
