New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday widened the scrutiny around Al-Falah University as part of the ongoing probe into the November 10 Red Fort car blast, launching early-morning searches across multiple locations linked to the institution, its trustees, and associated individuals.
Raids began at around 5 am, including at the university’s head office in Delhi’s Okhla, with investigators examining financial records and transactions that may have a bearing on the case.

The searches, carried out simultaneously at nearly 25 places, are the agency’s first major action in the blast investigation, even as the campus had already come under the scanner of central and state agencies over the past week.
