In the first reaction after a massive loss in the Bihar Assembly elections, Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor took all the blame for the defeat and apologised to the people of the state.

Stating that he “takes all the blame" for his party’s massive Bihar poll rout, Jan Suraaj party chief said that he “failed to change the government".

“We tried very positively from our end. We failed to change this government. We tried a lot from our end but it seems we failed somewhere. I take all the blame on me as I failed to let people understand. We will do our introspection. I am sorry," he said.

Further pleging to work harder, Kishor said, “I will work twice as hard as you’ve seen me work over the past three years and put in all my energy. There’s no question of backing
