Elon Musk has revived an old jab at Jeff Bezos, calling him a “copycat" after the Amazon founder unveiled plans for a new artificial intelligence venture. Musk, who has used the taunt before whenever Bezos stepped into one of his domains, reacted on X with: “Haha no way 😂" followed by another post reading “copy🐱."

The dig comes as Bezos announced Project Prometheus, a major new AI platform and his first significant operational role since stepping down as Amazon CEO four years ago. The venture will be co-led by former Google X scientist Vik Bajaj, who previously worked closely with Google co-founder Sergey Brin. Bezos will serve as CEO alongside Bajaj.
