A fresh wave of bomb threats hit Delhi courts on Tuesday, with Patiala House Court being the latest to be targeted, just before the scheduled appearance of Jasir Bilal Wani, the NIA's second arrest in the recent Red Fort bomb blast case. The threat, like others earlier in the day, was later declared a hoax.

The incidents have come after similar coordinated threats were received by Saket and Tis Hazari courts earlier on Tuesday, indicating the increased security alert in the capital.

Patiala House Threat And Security Surge

The threat specifically targeted the Patiala House Court complex minutes before the accused was to be produced before the Principal Sessions Judge.

Security Deployment : The Rapid Action Force (RAF) was deployed outside the court premises.
