New Delhi: YouTube is doubling down on its health information push in India. After seeing over 300 billion views on health content from the country last year alone, the platform is making several moves to make sure the information Indians find on YouTube is actually useful and trustworthy.
In a blog post by Dr Garth Graham, Director and Global Head of YouTube Health, the company detailed new partnerships, education initiatives, and digital well-being tools focused on both healthcare professionals and young users. The idea is to create a platform that doesn’t just entertain but also helps people live better and healthier lives.
