A woman who stabbed a federal police officer in the face and neck with a pen in a "vicious" attack at Perth Airport has been sentenced to more than two years in prison.
Amy-Lee Botefuhr committed the "unprovoked and violent attack" on two officers on the tarmac in January.
Botefuhr had been in an altercation during a Jetstar flight from Sydney, becoming aggressive after refusing to fasten her seatbelt.
When the plane arrived in Perth, two Australian Federal Police officers boarded and asked Botefuhr to exit the plane.
After she went down the rear stairs, Botefuhr tried to walk away from two more officers waiting for her on the tarmac.
An officer sought to put her in an "escort hold", but she pulled away and struck
