A large-scale operation targeting suspected Bangladeshi infiltrators is currently underway across multiple districts in Odisha, including Jagatsinghpur, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, and Kendujhar. Following strict directives from the Odisha Government, district administration officials have swung into action and are conducting raids to identify suspected individuals.

In Jagatsinghpur, police bulldozed a suspected hideout in the Beherampur area, arresting four suspected infiltrators. Similarly, in Bhadrak, law enforcement agencies apprehended 17 suspected youths who had been under surveillance for several days. Officials said these individuals had been operating in various parts of the city for an extended period, often moving around and conducting local business.
