As expected, the latest major update for Battlefield 6 is here! Dubbed the version 1.1.2.0 patch by DICE, console gamers will see this as Battlefield 6 update 1.000.006, and this brings the California Resistance content as part of Season 1 .

Players can expect a new map in Eastwood, a new limited-time mode, new weapons, attachments, and more.

Alongside this, a flood of gameplay improvements is also included, affecting aim assist, challenges, and more. The complete patch notes are available below, which list every change made. For those on PS5, expect the file to hover around 5 GB in size, though this doesn’t include the texture packs and other added files needed to complete the new content installation.
