New Delhi: The Andhra Pradesh Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a group led by ThunderPlus, along with ETO Motors and Roqit, during the Andhra Pradesh Partnership Summit held in Visakhapatnam on 18 November 2025. This agreement, made through the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board, is for a Rs 515-crore project focused on electric mobility and charging systems across the state.
Through this project, the state wants to improve clean transport, build reliable charging stations, and connect different travel routes using electric vehicles. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu approved the agreement in the presence of Industries and Commerce Minister TG Bharath.
