Jury selection is slated to begin on Tuesday in the Brian Walshe murder trial, following a final pre-trial hearing on Monday that handled several procedural matters in the high profile case.
Brian Walshe is accused of murdering his wife, Ana, on New Year's Day 2023, before allegedly dismembering and discarding her body. Her body was never recovered, and prosecutors have focused on digital evidence to build their case against the Cohasset man.

The 39-year-old mother of three had been traveling back and forth to Washington D.C. for work from the couple's Cohasset home.
Jury empanelment is set to begin on Tuesday. The trial itself is expected to start on Dec. 1, after the Thanksgiving holiday.
