The Los Angeles Lakers’ former player, Christian Wood, is making headlines for a recent incident at his home. He confronted three home invasion suspects during a daytime break-in at his Sherman Oaks home on Wednesday. As per police reports, the suspects entered through the back door around 1 p.m. without realizing Wood was inside.

Wood played for the Lakers from 2023 to 2025 and has spent time with several NBA teams, including the Philadelphia 76ers, Charlotte Hornets, Milwaukee Bucks, New Orleans Pelicans, Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets, and Dallas Mavericks.
