Plans for both warehouse and Carvana facility on Gas House Pike progress

Two industrial projects on Gas House Pike are moving closer to development.

A final plan for a 225,000-square-foot warehouse on Gas House Pike in eastern Frederick has been given the green light to move forward by the city Planning Commission.
