Lambert Smith Hampton, the commercial property firm which secures the centre’s retailers, said the lettings marked a “landmark” year.
It said the arrival of LEGO in August had resulted in record footfall, and that all the new signings “reinforced [Victoria Square’s] position as Northern Ireland’s premier shopping destination”.
The centre’s other new tenants comprise Bershka, Space NK, Krispy Kreme, Mowgli Street Food, Astrid & Miyu, Crew Clothing, Loake Shoemakers, and Crew Clothing.
Lambert Smith Hampton said Pull & Bear had relocated in the centre, enabling it to treble in size, while denim giant Levi’s had returned after shutting down in 2018.
The firm also said that fashion was driving performance, thanks to Bershka’s arrival and the growth of its sister brand, Pull & Bear.
