Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi issued a nine-point directive on Tuesday to all District Collectors in the State, placing strong emphasis on honesty, integrity and people-centric and technology-driven governance.

The CM warned that any incident of corruption that tarnishes the image of the government will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

CM Majhi advised the Collectors to increase their field visits and closely monitor grassroots implementation of different welfare schemes. Highlighting the importance of technology in administration, he urged officials concerned to adopt digital tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
