Websites such as X and ChatGPT experienced disruptions on Tuesday, Nov. 18, amid an outage at Cloudflare , a major content delivery network and internet security service.

At 6:48 a.m. ET, Cloudflare first reported that it was "investigating an issue which impacts multiple customers," adding that some services would be temporarily affected.

The company said it was focused on restoring service.

About a half hour later, Cloudflare reported it was "seeing services recover," but warned that customers might still experience problems and see error messages.
