Double bad luck for the Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback, Shedeur Sanders.
He was thrust into the Week 11 game against the Baltimore Ravens after starting QB Dillon Gabriel left with a concussion. Sanders then played the entire second half as the Browns lost 23-16.
Sanders did not play well in his debut. In fact, his QB rating was 13.5.
To make things worse, there was a break-in at his home located in an area near the team’s facilities, according to Pro Football Talk. The contest was a home game played at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland.
During the Baltimore game, Sanders finished going 4-16 for 47 yards, a 2.9-yard average per completion, zero TDs, one pick, one fumble, sacked twice, three rushes for 16 yards, a QB rating of 13.5, and the Browns’ offense did not score.
