Amid the ongoing probe into the Red Fort car explosion, two schools and three courts in the national capital received bomb threats on Tuesday, prompting the quick evacuation of their premises.
According to reports, an unidentified man called the Police Control Room (PCR) around 9 am and warned that bombs had been placed in the CRPF schools located in Prashant Vihar and Dwarka.
“We checked both the schools thoroughly, and nothing suspicious was found. It was declared a hoax," an official said.
Police are analysing the call records and technical details to identify the caller and ascertain the motive behind the hoax threat.
It may be noted that a blast had occurred near the Prashant Vihar school last year.
