The Jets (2-8) hung around for three quarters with the AFC East leading Patriots (9-2) but were ultimately unable to contain their divisional opponent and fell, 27-14, on Thursday night at Gillette Stadium.

"Give those guys a lot of credit -- that is a well-coached team that has a quarterback that's playing really, really well, which we all knew," HC Aaron Glenn said. "Defensively, they did a really good job. We've got to do a better job just across the board.
